It was born from the coincidental experiments with seeding the clouds to help conserve the Great barrier reef and the devastating floods.
The man in the boat with the machine that shoot sea water into the clouds (which happens to look like a penis (accidental) to the seeds as dark, dried blood that will be the stains on the people affected by the floods, to the torrents of rain that covered everything in it's path from views to ground to houses and the people the roofs of their houses waiting for rescue with they beloved pets and ....
It was a release and there are a few magical things in it as always.
